Our residential cleaning rates are very reasonable. We charge:

• ​$85.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a Studio or a 1 bedroom Toronto condo (Less than 500 sq. ft. Includes 1 bathroom). 
• $109.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a 1 bedroom or a 2 bedroom Toronto condo (Less than 700 sq. ft. Includes 1 bathroom).
• $119.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a 2 or 3 bedroom Toronto condo (Less than 1,000 square feet. Includes 2 bathrooms).
• $135.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a 3 bedroom Toronto home / condo (Less than 1800 sq. ft. Includes 2 bathrooms).
• $165.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for an intermediate size Toronto home (Up to 4 bedrooms. Includes 2 bathrooms).
• $235.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a large Toronto home / town home (Up to 5 bedrooms. Includes 3 bathrooms).
• $299.99 plus HST (including all cleaning supplies) for a very large Toronto home (Up to 6 bedrooms.  Includes 3 bathrooms).

Extra Charges:

• Extra Dirty - please add $59.99 plus HST if your home has not been professionally within past 4 weeks.
• Home Organizing - please add $29.99 plus HST if you have lots of belongings laying around that need to be organized.
• Clean an extra half bathroom - please add $9.99 plus HST.
• Clean an extra bathroom - please add $15.00 plus HST.
• Deep Cleaning service - please add $59.99 plus HST if you require a very thorough cleaning.
• Clean rooms in finished basement - please add $15.99 plus HST per each bedroom, living room, laundry room, etc that are located in the basement.
• Clean basement kitchen - please add $29.99 plus HST.
• Pet Fee - please add $15.00 plus HST if you have pets.  
• Window Cleaning (From the inside of your Home or Condo) - please add $3.15 plus HST per window.
• Move in / Move out Cleaning or Home Staging Cleaning - please add $79.99 plus HST
• Clean inside of the oven - please add $19.99 plus HST
• Clean inside of the fridge - please add $19.99 plus HST

Kitchen

• Wash and Put Away dishes

• Clean Outside Cupboard Drawers

Living Areas and Bedrooms

• Tidy Up
• Make or Change Beds (Unmade beds will be made up. If you would like beds changed simply set out folded sheets on the beds needing changing)
• Clean Pictures and Mirrors on Walls
• Dust Furniture
• Vacuum Upholstered Furniture
• Vacuum Carpets and Floors
• Damp Mop Hardwood Floors
• Wash Baseboards and Window Sills
• Remove All Garbage
• Place new garbage bags in trash cans

At Maids R Us the use of the following Essential Cleaning Products: Glass Cleaner, Bathroom Cleaner, All Purpose Cleaner, Toilet Bowl Cleaner,  Disinfecting Surface wipes, natural Vinegar, and natural Baking Soda is included in your rate at No Extra Charge.
